WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase arrives, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not applicable for a refund.
If applicable once we have received and inspected your return you will receive an email to notify your approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
All our moulds are handmade and made to order. Our processing time is 1 - 2 weeks. The processing and shipping times are two separate things.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders come with a tracking number. Please provide a valid shipping address to deliver.
IF I PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED FASTER.
When you purchase express shipping this only means your order will be shipped express. It doesn't mean your order will be processed faster.
COVID 19
Please be aware the due to the covid 19 pandemic shipping times are delayed. For international orders please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. For domestic please allow up to two weeks.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
